Celebrating Women in Mathematics in Graz

On May 26th 2023 from 1-3 pm, the University of Graz will host at the Institute of Mathematics and Scientific Computing the outreach event "Celebrating Women in Mathematics in Graz".

The afternoon program includes two talks by Dr. Federica Caforio (University of Graz) and Dr. Roswitha Rissner (University of Klagenfurt), suitable for an audience of non-experts.

The goal is to increase visibility of women mathematicians and promote gender equality in Mathematics, in the spirit of the "May 12 initiative".

A refreshment will be offered to the participants after the talks.​

Everyone is welcome to attend, including Math and teaching students.​
