Women of Mathematics throughout Europe – A gallery of portraits

In the context of the International Day of Women in Mathematics (May 12), the Department of Mathematics of the School of Applied Sciences of the University of Western Macedonia Greece, presents the exhibition "Women of Mathematics throughout Europe – A gallery of portraits", in co-organization with the Association of Greek Women in Mathematics, and with the kind sponsorship of the Onassis Scholars’ Association.

The exhibition will be located in the premises of the Library at the University of Western Macedonia in Kastoria from 2 to 12 May, 2023.

Also on Friday, May 12 at 11:00 at the Great Amphitheater of the University in Kastoria, a public lecture will be delivered by Professor Sofia Lambropoulou of the School of Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences of the NTUA, who is a member of the GWM Executive Board.
