Conversation "Come and talk to women who do math!"

Conversation with the academic of the Faculty of Mathematics Amal Taarabt, moderated by Tiare Novoa, former student of Pedagogy in Mathematics UC.

The activity includes the visualization of animated capsules "Women and science" that deal with life testimonies of Amal and other academics in Science and then a space where Amal will tell about her life dedicated to mathematics and talk with the public.

The activity will last one hour and the attendees will be students from seventh grade to fourth grade from two schools in vulnerable communes of Santiago (Pedro Aguirre Cerda and Puente Alto). It is considered a mixed audience of 120 young people.
